WIDEcapture Scan Plugins

WIDEcapture plugins are easy to use applications designed to interface your CONTEX Wide Format Scanner with advanced and popular software applications.

WIDEcapture brings all of the scanners advanced functions to your favorite application and lets you scan, set papersize, scan modes, color enhancement and image enhancement settings without interrupting your workflow.

WIDEcapture for Adobe Photoshop
  • WIDEcapture imports images from the scanner into the Photoshop image editor. You can then use Photoshop's wide range of image manipulation options, just as if you had opened an image file from your hard disk.
  • The WIDEcapture plugin for Adobe Photoshop enables wide format scanning on Apple Power Macintosh OS 9 platforms.
  • PC version for Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP.
  • Install the program into Adobe Photoshop's plug-in folder and then just select the application through Photoshop's File menu.
 Note: Regarding Apple Power Macintosh version: Works with the scanner's SCSI interface. USB and Firewire scanner interfaces are not supported. Cannot run on scanners without SCSI interface connectivity.
