Source Graphics is a HP Graphics Elite Designjet Partner and Integrator specializing in wide format plotting and printing solutions for the CAD, Graphics and GIS industry.

We sell and integrate HP Color wide format solutions and some HP high end workgroup laser printers in our client networks and support with them with supplies.  HP's GED II is the highest level of certification earned by a Designjet Business Partner.  This certification is evidence of customer satisfaction, and sales volume achieved by Source Graphics.

In addition a GED II has to have a dedicated HP Certified and trained Application Engineer (A/E) on staff to assist clients with software applications and network troubleshooting issues that can arise from time to time in the wide format printing environment. Source Graphics is one of a select few companies in Southern California that have a dedicated Application Engineer (A/E) on staff.
In addition to selling and integrating HP Designjets Source Graphics is an  HP Dispatched Authorized Service Delivery Partner (DASDP).    This is the highest service level authorization for Designjets afforded to its partners by HP.  As a DASDP Source Graphics is the provider of on site warranty service for HP in our local region.  End users who call HP for Designjet service, during its manufacturer warranty period,  in our zone are directed to us so that we can take care of their service needs.  This is a direct attestment to the level of support and service certification that we have garnered from HP.  End users who have service contracts or service needs can be assured of working with our techs and A/E's who excel in providing an excellent Total Customer Experience (TCE)
